spiritual nourishment, and the cultivation of meaningful relationships. At the heart of this transformative
journey within Kenyatta University Catholic Chaplaincy stands the Prolife Group, a vibrant community
rooted in faith, fellowship, service, and an unwavering commitment to upholding the dignity and sanctity
of human life.
Under the spiritual patronage and guidance of Fr. Boniface Kariuki, the ProLife group continues to nurture
a culture of faith, responsibility, and service, encouraging members to remain grounded in Christian
values while becoming courageous defenders of life and ambassadors of positive transformation.
Guided by our motto, “Life is Precious, Defend It,ˮ the movement continues to provide a nurturing
environment where students are empowered to grow spiritually, engage purposefully, and create
experiences that leave a lasting and meaningful impact both within and beyond the university community.
Thursday meetings
Every Thursday, members gather for meetings that serve as the cornerstone of the movementʼs growth
and identity. These sessions provide opportunities for spiritual reflection, formation, intellectual
engagement, and the strengthening of communal bonds.
Through thought-provoking discussions, collaborative planning, and meaningful interactions, members
are inspired to embrace leadership, deepen their values, and strengthen their understanding of faith as a
guiding principle in everyday life.
These gatherings continually reaffirm that authentic growth flourishes not in isolation but through shared
purpose and collective journey.
Mass animation
One of the defining pillars of the Prolife Group is active participation in Mass animation. Through
meaningful involvement in liturgical celebrations, members contribute to creating active mass
participation.
Mass animation remains a powerful expression of devotion, unity, and active discipleship.
Fun days
The Prolife Group recognises that spiritual growth is beautifully complemented by moments of joy and
authentic connection. Fun days create opportunities for members to relax, interact, and build friendships
beyond formal gatherings.
Through engaging activities, meaningful conversations, teamwork, and shared experiences, members
create unforgettable memories that deepen unity and foster a welcoming and vibrant community.

Attending the Youth Chastity Conference UON
Participation in the Youth Chastity Conference at the University of Nairobi provides members with a
valuable opportunity to engage with fellow Catholic youth while deepening conversations centred on
faith, virtue, identity, and purposeful living.
The conference serves as an enriching platform for learning, exchanging ideas, and strengthening
commitment to Christian values in contemporary society. Through insightful sessions and transformative
interactions, members broaden their perspectives and develop a renewed sense of purpose.
These experiences continue to inspire participants to become courageous ambassadors of life, faith,

Dinner
The dinner experience serves as a memorable culmination of fellowship, appreciation, and community
spirit.
Members gather in an atmosphere of warmth and celebration to reflect on shared experiences, honour
milestones achieved, and strengthen bonds formed throughout the journey.
